What is a Mystery Scoop?
A Mystery Scoop is a fun and exciting way to receive a surprise selection of beauty items! Each scoop is randomly packed with a mix of products—like lashes, jewellery, and more—so you never know exactly what you’ll get. It also makes the perfect gift for a loved one when you’re not sure what to get them.
Can I gift a scoop to someone?
Of course! Mystery Scoops make a lovely gift when you’re unsure what to choose. If you’re sending it as a gift, please add a note at checkout with the recipient’s preferences (such as their lash style, favourite jewellery tones or types, etc.) so we can customise the scoop as much as possible.
What if I put the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice a mistake, email us at beautyscoops@outlook.com within 30 minutes of placing your order and we’ll update the details for you. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds at this time due to hygiene safety as our mystery scoops may contain earrings/lashes etc. Please note that a change of mind or receiving an item different from what was expected is not a valid reason for a return or refund. If a return is approved for another reason, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable fees.
Will I be charged import tax as an international customer?
Since we are based in the UK and not yet part of the IOSS system, your local customs office may charge import VAT and a small handling fee upon delivery. This usually applies to parcels over £0 in value. We appreciate your understanding!
What if my package was lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after dispatch. If you have concerns about tracking or delivery, please contact Royal Mail/Evri directly. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we’ll do our best to get in touch to arrange reshipment. If we’re unable to reach you, a refund will be issued. However, if tracking confirms delivery and you did not receive your package, we’re unable to offer further assistance.
